Algorithmic Lease Enforcement

The lease is a legal contract. Enforcing it should be automated, not debated.

The Protocol

If rent is due on the 1st:

• 2nd: Automated late fee applied. System-generated reminder sent.
• 5th: Formal Notice to Pay or Quit issued.
• 10th: File for eviction.

This sounds harsh, but it is necessary. If you accept late rent, you train the tenant to pay you last. You become the bank, issuing 0% loans. Ensure you use Zero-Emotion Tenant Screening to minimize having to use this protocol.
